Is Buy Now really instant?+

Yes. The lot is reserved the moment you complete checkout. You will receive payment instructions by email, and the lot ships as soon as payment clears.

What does shipping cost?+

Complimentary insured shipping on orders over $3,000. Otherwise a flat $50. Adult signature is required on delivery.

Can I return a lot?+

Fourteen days from delivery for a full refund, provided it is returned in the condition received. Custom and made-to-order jewelry is eligible for store credit only.

What if a lot isn't as described?+

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. If we agree, we cover return shipping and make it right.

Do you charge a buyer's premium?+

No buyer's premium on Buy Now purchases. Auction wins are invoiced with a 20% buyer's premium.
